What is your return policy?
We are committed to making sure you are 100% satisfied with your order!
If you are not happy with your purchase, you may exchange or return it as long as you contact us and complete a return request within 30 calendar days of when you receive your item(s). After 30 days, we cannot issue any refunds, exchanges or replacements.
**Please do not return any items to the address shown on your shipping labels. We process our returns at a different facility and returning your order to the incorrect address will result in a delay in processing your return or exchange.
As long as the item(s) are unworn, in their original condition, there are no questions asked.
Exchange requests incur a $4.95 restocking and reshipping fee. Please double check your sizing before you purchase to prevent the need for an exchange.
* Personalized/custom items cannot be returned or exchanged. PLEASE double check your personalization and refer to our size chart.
*Clearance items or gift cards are not refundable and cannot be returned.
*Shipping costs (costs paid to ship your order to you) are NOT refundable (except for in the case of company error)*Items that cannot be returned:
- Any item more than 30 calendar days after delivery
- Any item that has been used, worn, or washed
- Any item that was purchased on Clearance
How do I return my item?
Please submit a return request using this form. You will need your order number and the email you used when you placed your order. Please do not send us the item(s) to be returned until you have contacted us via our return request page.
How long will it take for me to receive my refund?
A: Refunds are issued within 2 business days of our receiving your returned item. Refunds will be issued to the method you used to pay for your purchase originally. Depending on your bank, it may take a 1-3 days for the funds to show up in your account.
Please note that any original shipping costs cannot be refunded
