Q: Do you have a store? Where are you located?
A: We are located in the Greater Atlanta, GA area, USA. At this time, we only sell our products online. We do not have a retail store, pick up available, nor do we have any other vendors selling our products.
Q: Are you a black owned business?
Yes! The Urban Turbanista is a black, family owned business that is birthed out a love for African American culture and a desire to share and promote the black experience. You can read more about our founder and company culture on our About Us page.
Q: What brands do you print your apparel on?
Our Ladies Fit crew neck tees are printed on Next Level Premium 100% ringspun cotton tee blanks.
Our Unisex Fit crew neck tees are printed on Gildan 100% ringspun cotton tee blanks.
Tanks, crop tops and sweatshirts are printed on Bella + Canvas Apparel.
Scoop necks and 3/4 Raglans are printed on Next Level Apparel.
Onesies & Toddler tees are printed on Rabbit Skins Apparel.
Q: Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Not quite yet, but this is a functionality that we are looking to add our website soon. If you are interested in becoming a wholesale partner, please send us an email here and you will be added to our wholesale inquiry list and notified as soon as our wholesale program launches.
Q: Do you have Brand Ambassador program?

Q: What is the difference between Ladies Fit and Unisex Fit?
Ladies fit tees are tighter, more form-fitting with shorter sleeves. They have stretch but do run small, so you may want to go up in size, or double check our size chart measurements for the right fit for your curves.
Unisex tees are your standard men's tee that is made to look good on men and women. They have longer and wider sleeves and a slightly longer body length. This tees is great if you are one likes to cut up and restyle your tees and if you prefer a looser, more relaxed/forgiving fit. Some women opt to go a size down when choosing Unisex. Please refer to our size charts for exact measurements.
Q: When will I receive my order?
Orders take 5-7 business days to process, package and ship your order. All items in your order are made-to-order, meaning we produce your items specifically for you when you order. We do not hold excess inventory or stock. Please allow up to one week for your items to ship and 2-4 days transit time (from the day it ships) for delivery.
When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include your order information and your tracking number. You will also receive delivery confirmation. You can find our full Shipping & Delivery Policy here.
Q: Why did only part of my order ship?
Sometimes we ship items separately if there are any back orders or stock delays so as not to hold up your entire order if there are items available to ship sooner.
In addition, some items go through a different production process and so ship separately due the the nature of the item purchased. For example:
Personalized jewelry and pillows will ship separately from anything else in your order because they come from a different production facility.
Mugs and Posters will ship separately because they need to be packaged in a way to protect them from breaking or bending/creasing in transit.
Headwraps also ship separately from other from our other products since they come from our Amazon partnered facility warehouses.
Q: What is your return/exchange policy?
We are committed to making sure you are 100% satisfied with your order!
If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or for a full refund as long as you contact us within 30 calendar days of when you receive the item(s).

Q: How can I return for a Refund or an Exchange?
If you are not happy with the merchandise you purchased, you may exchange or return it as long as you contact us within 30 calendar days of when you received the item(s). You must contact us before returning any items to receive the correct return details.
**Please do not return any items to the address shown on your shipping labels. We process our returns at a different facility and returning your order to the incorrect address will result in a delay in processing your return or exchange.

Q: How long will it take for me to receive my refund?
A: Refunds are issued within 2 business days of our receiving your returned item. Refunds will be issued to the method you used to pay for your purchase originally. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 1-3 days for the funds to show up in your account.
Please note that any original shipping costs cannot be refunded
Q: Do you have a customer service phone number, can I talk to someone on the phone?
A: While we understand the value of being able to talk to a real live person on the phone, at this time we prefer that you contact us via email or via our contact us page.
The reason for this is twofold, first of all, at this time we do not have anyone on staff who is able to consistently answer all incoming phone calls. Anytime we miss a phone call, we consider that to be a lapse in customer service, and we would rather not provide a service that we are not able to provide with absolute excellence. However, anytime you send us an email message, we can guarantee that your message will be read and that we will provide you with a response within the next business day or sooner.
The second reason why we prefer written contact is because email messages provide an easily referenced written record of everything that happens during a transaction This way you as a customer will have a written record of any promises we make to you and we can easily look back through our records to make sure that we are providing you with the highest level of service.
Also, please note that we will be happy to honor any requests for a phone call because we understand that some subjects require do talking to someone. In this case we will also provide you with a written summary of the phone call sent to your email address confirming any agreements that were made during the call.
